How do I write a poem for someone?

Do the rhymes actually rhyme?

They are checked. After the poems are written, code checks every rhyming pair (in English), the syllables of a haiku and the letters of an acrostic. Lines that miss are sent back to be fixed, and any rhyme that still doesn't work is marked in red so you can see it.
