Premium Services
Our basic Services are free. We offer two paid tiers for higher or unlimited daily usage and an ad-free experience. New subscriptions are processed through Stripe; existing Patreon and PayPal subscribers retain their original rate and access under our legacy-subscriber grandfathering policy.
Plans:
- Free: up to 5 runs per day on metered tools. No subscription required.
- Pro: up to 50 runs per day on metered tools. Billed monthly or annually.
- Premium: unlimited usage on metered tools, ad-free across the Site and our applications (where available in app stores such as Google Play and App Store). Billed monthly or annually.
- Legacy Premium: users who originally subscribed via Patreon or PayPal retain full Premium-level access at their original rate for as long as their legacy subscription stays active.
Paid features are linked to the subscription email you used at checkout (for Stripe) or to your legacy provider cookie (for Patreon / PayPal subscribers). You can restore access on a new browser via the Access Premium page.
Personal Use: A paid subscription is for the personal use of the individual subscriber. You may activate and use your subscription on any number of browsers or devices that you personally own or control (for example, a home computer, a work laptop, a phone and a tablet) — there is no device limit for personal use. You may not, however, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your subscription to any other person, household, workplace or organisation. This includes, without limitation: forwarding the Access Premium email link to others; publishing, copying or exporting the membership cookie; using automated tools, scripts or proxies to distribute the Premium Services; and permitting any third party to use your subscription to bypass the Free-tier daily usage limits. If MiniWebtool.com reasonably determines, based on access patterns (including but not limited to simultaneous sessions from widely separated networks, bulk link forwarding, mass or automated activation requests, or unusual request volume inconsistent with individual use), that a subscription is being shared or otherwise used in violation of this clause, MiniWebtool.com may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, rate-limit, suspend, or permanently terminate the subscription and access to the Premium Services without refund. Use by two or more individuals, teams, classrooms, businesses or other organisations requires a separate arrangement — please contact us via the Contact page.
Payment: To purchase Pro or Premium, you will be required to pay a monthly or annual fee via Stripe, our payment processor. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe; MiniWebtool.com does not see or store your full card number. We may change published subscription rates for new sign-ups at any time and in our sole discretion; existing subscribers keep the rate they subscribed at for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual as chosen). You will be charged automatically through the payment method on file with Stripe (or with your legacy provider, for Patreon / PayPal subscribers) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel the Premium Services at any time via the Manage Subscription link in the footer (which opens the Stripe Customer Portal for Stripe subscribers, or your provider's management page for Patreon / PayPal subscribers), or by contacting us via our Contact page. For Stripe subscribers, cancellation stops future renewals and you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period; no pro-rated refund is given for the unused portion. For legacy Patreon or PayPal subscribers, Premium access ends immediately upon cancellation and no refund or credit is given for remaining days in the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by MiniWebtool.com. If MiniWebtool.com reasonably determines that a user has violated these Terms of Service, MiniWebtool.com may immediately terminate the subscription and access to the Premium Services without notice and refund.
Refunds: If you believe that you have been charged in error, you should contact us within 60 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 60 days old. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
No Delay, Uptime and Availability: "No Delay" means that Premium members' requests are not added to any waiting list among a large number of requests. However, the service does not provide any guarantee of availability, response time, uptime, throughput or any other kind of connectivity to the Service. Daily usage counters on metered tools reset at midnight US Central Time regardless of your local time zone.
My Toolbox: "My Toolbox" requires cookies and localStorage to be enabled on your browser. Free users may save up to 3 tools in My Toolbox in Manual Mode only. Pro and Premium subscribers may save an unlimited number of tools and additionally unlock Automatic Mode, in which tools used by the subscriber are added to My Toolbox automatically.
MiniWebtool API Terms
The MiniWebtool API, available at api.miniwebtool.com, is a separate developer product from the consumer website, Pro, and Premium subscriptions. A Pro or Premium subscription for the consumer website does not include server-to-server API access, API credits, API rate limits, API invoices, or API support unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
API accounts and keys: API access is issued to an organization or project and is authenticated by API keys. You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential, rotating keys when needed, and preventing unauthorized use. You must not publish, share, resell, sublicense, or embed a secret API key in client-side code, public repositories, downloadable apps, or any other place where it can be extracted by third parties. Requests made with your API key are treated as your requests.
Credits, rate limits, and plans: API plans use a unified monthly credit pool. Each endpoint has a published credit cost, and successful requests deduct that number of credits from your organization's pool. Failed validation requests and internal service errors are not intended to bill credits. Monthly credits, rate limits, endpoint access, and overage availability depend on your plan and may change for future billing periods. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. Free and entry-level plans are hard-capped; paid plans may offer optional overage only when enabled by the customer.
Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds: Paid API plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade eligible subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges or unused credits. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion, especially where there has been material API usage, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use: You must not use the API to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, send abusive traffic, evade rate limits, probe or attack networks, perform port scanning, act as a denial-of-service or scraping proxy, attempt SSRF or DNS rebinding attacks, retrieve cloud metadata endpoints, distribute malware, collect credentials, or interfere with the operation of MiniWebtool or any third-party service. You must not resell raw API access as a pass-through service with no meaningful added value unless we have expressly approved it in writing.
High-risk and regulated use: API outputs are provided for calculation, conversion, formatting, and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, engineering, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for validating results before using them in production, customer-facing decisions, regulated workflows, or any workflow where an error could cause financial loss, legal exposure, health impact, safety risk, or other material harm.
Endpoint changes and availability: We may add, modify, suspend, rate-limit, or remove API endpoints, categories, access tiers, or credit weights. Where practical, we will keep versioned request and response contracts stable within a major API version and provide notice before retiring a major version. The API is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written enterprise agreement states otherwise.
Suspension and termination: We may suspend, limit, or terminate API access immediately if we reasonably believe your account, API key, traffic pattern, or use case creates security, legal, abuse, payment, infrastructure, or third-party risk. We may also revoke leaked keys, block abusive IP addresses, disable risky endpoints, or require additional verification before restoring access.
API privacy: API usage is also governed by our API Privacy Addendum. In general, MiniWebtool logs operational metadata such as endpoint, status, latency, credit usage, request ID, byte sizes, IP address, and hashes of inputs; we do not intend to store raw API request or response bodies for normal API calls unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise.
