A run is a single press of the main action button on a capped tool — Calculate, Convert, Generate, Analyze, and the like. Opening the page, scrolling the results, and tweaking the inputs all cost nothing. On Pro, 60 runs per tool per day is more than most power users ever touch; on Premium, there's no counter at all.

Most tools on MiniWebtool are calculations that cost almost nothing to run, which is why Premium can make them unlimited. AI tools are different: every run is sent to a commercial AI model, and we pay the provider for each one — and image models cost many times more than text. Credits let us keep AI text tools free to try every day and give subscribers a generous monthly allowance, instead of putting a small cap on every AI tool. AI text tools use 1 credit per run of up to 6,000 characters (about 1,000 words); AI image tools start at 50 credits per image. The price is always on the run button before you start.

No. Credits are only for AI tools. If you buy a credit pack without a plan, you keep the Free experience everywhere else: ads stay on, and capped tools keep their 3-runs-a-day limit. Pro and Premium are what remove ads and raise or remove those limits — and both already include AI credits every month, so for most people a plan is the better deal.

Free credits reset every day. Plan credits arrive each billing month: on Pro they reset, on Premium unused credits carry over one extra month. Plan credits are part of your subscription, so they stop when it ends. Credits you buy separately last 365 days and stay yours even if you cancel.

You're charged only when the tool returns a result. If the AI errors, times out or your input is rejected, the credits are returned automatically. If you run out, free credits refill the next day (3 a day), plan credits refill on your billing date, and you can buy a top-up pack at any time — no subscription required.

Tools that turn one job into many files — batch image converters and resizers, PDF splitting tools, video frame extractors and the like — always let you download each file individually, free, no limit. Pro adds the one-click "Download all as ZIP" button, so a 40-image batch is one save dialog instead of forty.

All card data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Checkout happens on Stripe's own hosted page, so card numbers are never sent to MiniWebtool and we never see or store them. Your receipts and billing history live in the Stripe Customer Portal.
