Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — click Manage subscription and choose Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then revert to Free. No cancellation fees, no hoops.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't have a fixed refund window — cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. If you canceled and still got charged (e.g. forgot to cancel before renewal), email
[email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Will my limits reset instantly if I upgrade mid-day?
Yes. As soon as Stripe confirms payment, your quota jumps from 5/day to 50/day (Pro) or unlimited (Premium) on the next request — no logout, no page reload needed.
What counts as a "run"?
A run is a single press of the main action button on a capped tool — Calculate, Convert, Generate, Analyze, and the like. Opening the page, scrolling the results, and tweaking the inputs all cost nothing. On Pro, 50 runs per tool per day is more than most power users ever touch; on Premium, there's no counter at all.
Which tools have a daily cap?
The tools that carry real work forward — pro-grade finance, investment, trading, crypto, real-estate, and tax calculators; SEO, webmaster and server utilities; developer hashes and text pipelines; AI-powered generators. In short: the tools you'd open on the clock. Pro raises every one of them to 50 runs a day; Premium removes the cap entirely. Pro pays for itself the first time it replaces a trip to a paid competitor or a stalled spreadsheet.
Can I switch between Pro and Premium, or monthly ↔ annual?
Yes. Open Manage subscription from this page (after signing in). Stripe pro-rates unused time automatically, so you only pay the difference.
Can I use the same subscription across devices?
Your subscription is tied to the email you used at checkout. Use
Access Premium on any browser / device to restore access — we'll email you a one-time link.
I'm a long-time subscriber — does anything change?
No. Your existing plan stays active with full Premium (unlimited) access at whatever rate you originally signed up for. If you ever lose access after clearing cookies, use
Access Premium to restore with the same email address.
Is my payment information safe?
All card data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store card numbers. Your receipts and billing history live in the Stripe Customer Portal.
